I took my Porsche Macan S in for its 80,000 mile service. Porsche of El Paso provided me excellent customer service. They explained all that they were going to do to my car upfront. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway. Although an overnight stay was required, the staff was very accommodating. When you purchase a car where dealerships are 6+ hours away, you expect some delays. Overall very satisfied with all of the Staff from Sales to Service. Cesar, Cindy, and Salvador all provided a pleasant experience. It was also nice to catch up with Juan Carlos and Jeff.

Always a pleasure doing business. Cesar Limon was very helpful in explaining what the warning light indicator meaning and then what needed to be done and was able to do that repair along with regular maintenance. He also gave me an estimate of other things I need to do soon. The place is very clean, everyone is friendly and it a pleasant experience.

The insider and outside of this dealership are clean and without clutter or extraneous information. When dropping off your vehicle for service, someone will greet you immediately and give you and overview of the service. They are attentive and give you time to explain any concerns you may have. From the moment you drive up, until the moment you leave, the level of service is fantastic.

Porsche El Paso has been nothing but exceptional in all my dealings ranging from ease of ordering my 2024 992.1 GTS, delivery, and service. I took my 911 in for a 10K service. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They quickly assessed my vehicle and explained the services that would be performed in a clear, professional manner. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped with refreshments, which made the wait much more enjoyable. Been working with El Paso Porsche for around 6 years but this was my first purchase. I now live in Corpus Christi so there were some minor challenges to the purchase. Very upfront on the pricing and an honest deal for my trade in. Helped select the shipping with a quality company. Deliveries both direction were made quickly and safely. I would definitely be willing to do it again.

I have been with Porsche El Paso since the grand opening about 2018. I know the staff. They know me. They always do what is best for my three (3) Porsches, a 718 Cayman S, a Cayenne S E Hybrid and my Panamera Platinum 4 E Hybrid.
What can I say about this dealership? It one of the smaller ones I've delt with, but by far the best in customer service, their service department, sales...everyone is so professional but nice. From top down, the best staff of any Porsche dealership.
