I took my Porsche Macan S in for its 80,000 mile service. Porsche of El Paso provided me excellent customer service. They explained all that they were going to do to my car upfront. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway.
