I took my Porsche Macan S in for its 80,000 mile service. Porsche of El Paso provided me excellent customer service. They explained all that they were going to do to my car upfront. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway. My service was completed as promised and very quickly. Cesar, my service tech was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. I can’t say enough about him. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. I highly recommend Porsche of El Paso both for sales and service. On the sale side, Juan Carlos Jurado is fantastic!
